Poor after sales service

I have been extremely disappointed with the after-sales service from Big Motoring World. From the day I collected my Toyota C-HR, the tyre pressure monitoring warning light came on before I even got home. It took multiple emails, complaints and a negative review before they agreed to inspect the vehicle. The issue returned several times before it was eventually resolved elsewhere. The latest experience has been even more concerning. I paid £1,500 for a 36-month warranty, including roadside recovery. When my car failed to start, I used the Big Warranty app exactly as instructed. It directed me to a breakdown provider who informed me they had stopped working with Big Motoring World over a year ago. I then contacted RAC, only to be told my vehicle was not even registered on their system. If this had happened while I was stranded on a motorway or in an unsafe location, the consequences could have been far more serious. Selling customers breakdown cover that cannot be accessed when it is needed is unacceptable. I now have very little confidence in the after-sales support despite paying a significant amount for the warranty package. I hope Big Motoring World investigates this urgently and ensures other customers are not put in the same position.
