I typically buy the seller and the business before the product. I was taken in by Ben and his lovely family who personally delivered the vehicle to me. Responsive and fast over text, whatsapp, email, but Ben prefers you call him as he's a busy man and he likes to sort problems as quickly. So do call him. However I must say that all was not rosy, the vehicle wasn't as clean as I had expected for a sale, there didn't seem to have been a sales prep and if it had been, it was too long ago, when I highlighted this and some other issues to Ben, he was swift into action, driving again to my location to deal with every single issue raised. I wish I needed another vehicle so quickly so I can buy again from him. I would have left a 1 star on cleanliness, but because it was quickly dealt with, 3 star only because it should have been done earlier. 5 star everywhere else. If there's any issue as can sometimes be with a used vehicle, he's quick to fix it.
