Bought a VW Polo for my wife, so I don't drive it myself, but we haven't had any issues with it that I am aware of. Customer service was good. We spoke to a few members of the team, Tia being the main person who spoke with us. The only downside was that the dealership was very busy, so we were waiting quite a while for the paperwork to be completed. Other than that, everything was sound.
