they have a really easy reservation system on their website which i used to hold a car. i called them the next day and said i will be travelling from ireland and want to make sure everything was good with the car. they sent me additional photos and videos of the car as well as doing a live video call to show me the car. answered all my questions and went through all of its service history too. I couldn't have asked for a better service and reassurance.
