Avoid Carsa. My experience has been nothing short of terrible. Since buying my car, I discovered multiple faults, including an engine warning light that their mechanics failed to fix despite several attempts. Once I reported the issues, I was largely ignored, despite chasing almost daily. I eventually had to turn up at the dealership in person just to get someone to take notice. It took over three months from the date of purchase to finally have the car rejected. If you're considering buying from Carsa, I'd strongly recommend thinking twice. Good customer service isn't tested when everything goes right—it's tested when something goes wrong. Based on my experience, I wouldn't trust them again and wont be buying another car from Carsa, or recommening them to anyone else.
