Slow start but fixed eventually

Took a new ID7 in for a "from factory" issue which took just over two weeks to resolve. After much back and forth between the dealer and VW technical, the assistant service manager got involved and managed to sort out the issue within 24 hours by involving their master technician. Staff were a little hard to get hold of but friendly when pinned down.
