Panacea 10/10 An Excellent Dealership

I live in the north east of Scotland. I purchased a 2018 BMW 540i without viewing and it was delivered to me by Panacea. I dealt with the business owner directly while purchasing my new car which was nice, he is very passionate about his cars, he is a true gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. I can say without a doubt this dealership is Not to be missed, they are honest, reliable and friendly which is difficult to find these days to be fair. The after sales service is excellent as well. The condition of the car I was interested in purchasing was described perfectly over the telephone as I found out when it was delivered, a couple of marks on the wheels and small mark on bumper which I was told about and which is to be expected from a 2018 car but otherwise the vehicle's condition was pretty much like new inside and out as it was described, it was also nicely valeted. I have previously purchased and had delivered to me many cars from dealerships in England without viewing in person and there has always been a fault with them and always the same unhelpful attitude and reluctant to fix faults, take your money and run sort of thing once the car is paid but Panacea is literally the first dealership I have had a completely positive experience with so I therefore highly recommend this dealership. I look forward to dealing with Panacea in the future as well. Well done Panacea
