Stephen Manger to the rescue

I would like to thank Stephen for all his help today. I came back to my car to find it had a flat tyre with no idea how to fix it. Thankfully for me Stephen was passing by and offered to help with a temporary repair using the repair kit, so I could get home. Even on his day off excellent customer service.
