No V5

I purchased my vehicle 2mths ago and i’m still really happy with it and really happy with the service when purchasing however, i’m missing my V5 which i was told was posted when I got the car. I’ve moved from my previous address which i made CTC aware and have had no update after chasing for an update and i need this doc. I’ve expressed this however have had no comms which is disappointing as I have recommended this garage to others and I again would purchase from here but I need my V5! Thankfully whoever is getting my old property my neighbour will check with them if it turns up. However disappointed i’ve not have any update when asked kindly.
