Two major mechanical issues
I have now purchased two vehicles from Big Motoring World, and unfortunately both have suffered major mechanical issues. My first vehicle, a Kia Sportage, required a complete engine rebuild costing me around £8,000, which I had to pay for myself. Despite that experience, I returned as a loyal customer and purchased another vehicle along with an extended warranty. Unfortunately, this vehicle also developed a major fault, costing another 6.5k repairs and my warranty claim was rejected, only paying for one part leaving me to cover significant repair costs again. Throughout the process I felt unsupported, and obtaining clear technical evidence behind the decision has been very difficult. The experience has caused considerable financial and emotional stress for my family, especially as we have two autistic children who rely on routine and have struggled without a vehicle. I had hoped for much better support from a company I chose to trust a second time. You can not speak to management only adviser to tell you what management will say even requesting to arrange meeting to speak about both major issues just get parmed off all time. After leaving google review to main office they replied to get back in touch with big assist I emailed then two weeks gone still no reply.
