Do not buy from them

My son bought an Audi approved Used Q3 from this dealer. The roof leaked so he took it to Wimbledon Audi who discovered multiple other faults. Audi Warranty said 6 of the 7 faults were pre-sales issues. The reaction at Harold Wood was terrible. Ranjeet and team failed to return 13 phone calls and 14 emails. They have now paid for only 3 faults and we are now having to go to the Motor Ombudsman.
