Untrustworthy - issues with vehicles

I purchased a MINI Countryman from this dealer on 28 April 2026 for £3,700. At the time of purchase, the vehicle had approximately 97,000 miles. After approximately 2,350 miles of use, the vehicle developed a significant oil leak, a DPF warning light, a windscreen washer warning light and a noticeable loss of engine power. I notified the dealer of these issues by email on two occasions, and subsequently attempted to contact the dealer by telephone twice, and left a voice message to request that the vehicle be inspected and the faults addressed. Rather disappointedly, at the time of writing this review, I have not received a response to those communications or been offered an inspection or repair. I am extremely disappointed with my experience and am now considering the formal remedies available to me regarding the vehicle. I will update this review if the dealer contacts me and the matter is resolved.
