Service and customer satisfaction

Very disappointing service My van was booked in for 8:30am and I was told it would take a couple of hours. When I rang at 11:30am for an update, I was then told the van would be in all day. This left me having to arrange another van so I could get to work, as well as make arrangements to collect the tools I needed from my van. When I arrived to collect them, I was extremely disappointed to find that my van had not moved at all from where I had left it that morning. I understand that jobs can sometimes take longer than expected, but if I had been told from the start that the van was likely to be in all day, I could have made alternative arrangements and avoided a lot of unnecessary hassle. Communication and customer service could have been much better. Very disappointing experience Newtownabbey.
