Terrible after sales service.

Terrible experience from Jordans. I bought a van for work and before purchase was told it would have a spare key. Upon payment I was informed there is no spare key. It comes with a full years mot and 6 month warranty. After 3 weeks the front tyres had worn to the thread on one side. This was due to a tracking error. I contacted George, the salesman I dealt with at Jordans, to inform him of the need to buy 2 new tyres and have the tracking fixed. He replied saying it was passed on to the after sales team and he would discuss it with them. That was 2 weeks ago, I have had no contact since. I have emailed twice and still nothing: On the face of it everything in there looks like it’s a good place to buy a vehicle, but looks can be deceiving. I would recommend spending your money with another company who values your custom.
