I have been a customer of Volvo Grantham for over 20 years, and throughout that time the standard of service has always been exceptional. Buying and owning a car is about far more than the initial purchase, and what has kept me coming back to Grantham for so long is the complete experience – from sales and servicing through to maintenance, repairs, parts and ongoing support. From the moment you walk into the dealership it has a really nice feel. The showroom is beautifully presented with the high-quality Scandinavian look you would expect from Volvo, but it is also relaxed and welcoming. Reception are always friendly and helpful, and you are made to feel welcome as soon as you arrive. The service department has never let me down. Over the years they have always gone the extra mile, whether it has been routine servicing, investigating a problem or sorting something unexpected. I have always felt that they genuinely want to look after both you and the car properly, rather than simply looking for additional work. The service plans have also been very good value and make maintaining the car straightforward. The same applies to the sales team. I have bought several Volvos from Grantham over the years and have always found the deals fair and the whole process straightforward, without any pressure. There is a real sense that they want you to be happy with the car long after you have driven away. For me, the biggest thing is trust. After more than two decades as a customer, I have complete confidence in Volvo Grantham. Whether I am leaving a car with them, asking for advice or looking at changing vehicles, I know I will be looked after properly.
