If only all car purchases were this simp

Saw the car on Autotrader and reserved it online. Got a call from Kayleigh the next morning and we arranged a time to meet the next day. Got picked up the next day from the train station and I brought the car.....Simples. Both Kayleigh and her Sales manager Rob were very professional and delivered exactly what was promised. The rest of the sales staff,sorry,didn't get any names,were very friendly and informative. . This was a big purchase for me and the whole team at D M Keith made me feel relaxed and welcome. The car was exactly as described,which I was really worried about to be honest. Special Mention goes to Kayleigh for her attitude and Enthusiasm.
