Car buying made easy

First time I have been to North West Auto's which was to look for a newer car and I had seen one or two that I liked on their website. I can say without hesitation that from start to finish the experience was exceptional. no being rushed no pushy salesmen just a group of friendly staff there to help you with your enquiries. I was impressed with a Skoda Karoq that I saw and and was simply left to look it over at my own pace. there was no pushing from the salesmen and I left saying i would think about it and returned the following day with my son-in-law, a fitter by trade, for a second look and more detailed inspection, again I left saying I would think about it. After a further 2 days I decided I wanted the car so a simple phone call was made were I paid a small deposit and secured the car which I was told would be ready in about a week as it would be serviced, cam belt and water pump fitted and MOT all within the price. They were even happy to do a gearbox service for me although this was an additional cost to me. After 1 week I was contacted by Adam who apologised that the car was not yet ready as they were waiting for a part even though the week estimate was only approximate. The following day I was contacted to be told that the car was ready to collect and be paid for pending a successful test drive, Needless to say I bought the car and so far I am extremely happy with it. From start to finish the staff I dealt with on the Saturday and Sunday viewings to Sonia who took the deposit and Adam who did the finals sale were friendly, helpful and courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone and if i decide to change my car again this will be the first place I look. Just one last note to the staff at North West Autos, tell the old man to stop going out partying its doing him no good haha.
