Mixed experience

I recently bought a car from Bells garage. A few days after buying it a part of the car literally dropped off whilst I was driving. Contacted garage who said as under warranty they would order part and replace. Chased garage two weeks later, told they would let me know eta the following day. Several days later ive still not heard anything. So they are friendly and cars are OK value - but slow if any issues once sale complete.
