Yet again poor service
I purchased my vehicle three months ago from Glyn Hopkin Nissan in Waltham Abbey and it was due for a service which I thought was weird as I was told when I bought it that it had had a visual service. I took it I to the branch where I bought it (Waltham abbey) and got a phone call a few hours later telling me that the two front tyres needed replacing along with the front brake pads and the air conditioning needed re-gassing !!!!!!! Considering I paid £21.000 for it ,surely these things should have been dealt with before I bought it on the previous service. I have since phoned twice and was told twice that the person I wanted to speak to would call me back. That was two days ago and I am still waiting !!!!! Please take heed . This branch is terrible for customer service. This is the second bad review I have given this branch !!!!!!!
