My antiquated CL500 was in for a service in a short term contract arrangement (now concluded). In conversation with a sales person I was clear that I had no intention of replacing my existing transport with a new vehicle. Despite the fact that the transaction to settle my recent service was substantial, it was clear that Sytner Group had no further interest in me or my car and could n't wait to see me out the door. Mercedes dealership is all about the frothy surface performance. Personally I find Mercedes Newcastle an unpleasant mob.
