Abysmal service and communication

I don’t think they understand what customer service is. I booked my car in for some work, and dropped it off on Friday morning. The book time for the work was 4 hours. At the end of Friday I called them and they said they had only done some testing and not started the work. At the end of Monday I called them and they said they had only just received the part. At the end of Tuesday I called them when they said it still wasn’t ready I requested a courtesy car but wasn’t given one. On Thursday when I called them they said it would be ready early afternoon on Friday. Now a whole week. When I called them on Friday at 1pm they said to call again later. When I called them at 4:30 they said it would be ready by 6pm. I turned up at 6pm. I waited and hour. At 7:10 when I enquired I was told it would be three more minutes. At 7:30 when I walked through into the garage to see what was going on they were still working on it. The above is not the only example of poor service from this garage. I would avoid if you want to retain your sanity.
