Not happy with service

I bought a Peugeot 208 from Arnold Clark in may and I have had a lot of bother with it. There are scratches and on it and The was also broken glass in the car. I have contacted them more than 20 times for them to resolve the issues but nothing has been done. No aftercare at all.
