Very Professional and Efficient Service

Coming from Scotland [a 500 mile round trip] I was amazed at being able to drive in with a trade in vehicle and drive out with a new car in a couple of hours. This does not happen North of the border. The norm is you do the deal and collect your car a few days later after it has been through the workshop. These cars at Car & Caravan Co Brigg are already checked and ready to go. Reading other reviews some of them look like people expect to buy a new car at second hand prices. My purchase [a Mercedes ML] was very competitively priced and although it will need a full set of tyres very soon it was priced accordingly. With regards to the sales team they were by no means pushy and did not force any sale on me. I went in to look at a specific car with my eyes open. Two hours later I drove out with that car [complete with a 6 month warranty that I asked for and was not forced on me] and drove it 250 miles home. Having my own business and knowing the difficulties involved with that my opinion of Car & Caravan Co. is they are a very efficient and professionally run business and would have no hesitation in recommending them and even making the round trip to buy from them again should the need arise.
