This was my first time going into a dealership like this. I had rang up and they said that the particular car was in another branch, but the man collected the car for me in the morning and drove it in (meaning he then had to get the bus home) The whole experience was good, was greeted by the friendly staff offered a drink and was made to feel very comfortable. I then took the car for a test drive (which went very well) and then once we got out he showed me every inch of the car right down to inside the petrol cap (where he told me that a good way to tell if a car has been valleted properly was to look inside the petrol cap) I then bought the car through my finance I got from CarLoan4U and was very happy. The dealer then picked me up from work on the day I could collect the car and he took me to the garage to get the keys and sign final papers. They threw in some new car mats and a lead to connect ipod to. I would highly recomend this dealership to any one looking to buy a KIA!
