Amazing after sales

We bought a beautiful BMW 1 Series from Pellon Motor Group around a month ago, as soon as we saw the car we absolutely fell in love with it, they said they would it take it off sale for 3 days so we could decide and they stuck to their word. When buying the team were ever so helpful, we dealt with a really helpful lady she was amazing! Not long after purchasing we experienced a couple of problems with the car, I contacted Pellon and they have been really really helpful, they did everything they could to resolve, have kept in constant contact and given us regular updates - really can't fault it. They have found the issue and I'm getting this fixed locally and forwarding the invoice to Pellon - I can't fault the service and after sales service I have received, its been professional, quick and handled very well. I will happily recommend Pellon to others in the future.
