Beware service plans which cost 300

Bought my first car from Arnold Clark Stafford Motorstore,and paid a lot of money,staff were all over me but when i bought the service plan and said i would like to buy another car i would lose 300 pounds wich wasnt pointed out,When i rang to complain a very impolite member of staff started laughing,admitedly i swore,couldnt beleive their attitude,no explanation apart from thats policy.well thats just cost you a new car that I would have considered,no comeback watsoever even complaining to management.
