Sales staff are rude and condescending. Staff are ignorant of the "Toyota approved used car" process. They didn't fulfil the promised agenda. A promise was made by staff to follow up but that never happened. After a 'service' I was handed a quote for unnecessary expensive repairs. The quote stated I needed a new exhaust costing £100's, my local garage took ages to find the pin prick hole in the exhaust and welded it for free! Quote stated I needed new tyres and quoted me for all four when they were all above 4mm tread. I have no trust whatsoever in these bandits. Zero stars
