Pentagon in Doncaster is a truly dreadful company to deal with. I was given the usual hard sell on warranties, paint protection and GAP insurance etc along with lies about 'having to offer GAP insurance as it's the law'. Eventually I managed to buy just the car for nearly £15K cash. Within miles of driving away there were electrical malfunctions and I was told to get in touch with the manufacturer as it still had a little warranty left - this was 2 days and 75 miles after the purchase. I said I was rejecting the car as is my right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the manager lied and said there was 'a new law in 2017' that took away this right and it was a repair or nothing. They now have the car and my money and I am looking at having to take them to court to get it back. The company goes out of it's way to give you free coffee to take your money but has zero interest if things go wrong. How I wish I'd read the reviews of these cowboys first.
