I agree with many of the other reviews here. I had a problem with my Seat Alhambra. I have left a detailed timeline of events below. In short the communication was terrible. I was constantly chasing for information and updates. There was always an excuse, always a reason that it wasn't Jaz's fault. There was no urgency. However, he was quick to relist the vehicle...an advert for it is currently live on his website barely 24 hours after I returned the vehicle. The Seat Alhambra in question is KR11 CZZ. This car has a serious but intermittent fault with the ESP system. Sometimes the car starts fine. Other times you can see a message saying ESP fault and the car won't start. Jaz told me the issue was fixed after I was refunded, but you should definitely check. You should also be aware of your rights under the consumer rights act 2015. Avoid like the plague. Timeline of Events: March 14th: Purchased the vehicle. March 16th: Amber engine warning light appeared. March 21st: Serious EPC fault rendered the vehicle unusable. March 23rd: Arranged collection with multiple missed communications regarding collection time. Vehicle finally collected on March 24th. March 30th: Received the vehicle back with no explanation of repairs or apology for communication issues. March 31st: EPC fault reoccurred. Vehicle collected again on April 1st. April 11th - 17th: Despite repeated inquiries, no updates provided. Electrical fault identified on April 17th. April 24th: Diagnostic tests booked with a specialist for May 1st. May 3rd: Informed of ECU issue and wait time for repairs. May 11th: No updates received. Prompted for information and informed ECU would be repaired. May 17th: Confirmed ECU repair still ongoing. May 20th: ECU fitted. MOT booked for May 31st (as per our agreement). No communication regarding vehicle testing. May 31st - June 1st: No response to inquiries regarding MOT results. MOT check via government website revealed a pass on May 29th. June 1st: ESP fault reappeared. June 3rd: Informed of ESP fault after chasing for updates.

I recently purchased a car from Blenheim car sales to be fair the model that I was looking for was relatively rare and choice is limited. The sales pitch is outdoors and does not have a showroom. I would strongly recommend that you do not buy a car from Blenheim in the rain. It’s a rule that I’ve always told myself but on this occasion it seemed the right car to buy. After getting the car home, I am somewhat disappointed by the state of the bodywork. However, that was my choice. I found jazz to be on occasions, rude and blunt. However I appreciate I’m sure he’s very busy man. The car came with a 12 months MOT that I asked for which was done the same day. However, upon taking the car to my local garage for a check over it was very clear that the MOT Has not been thorough. The car needs immediate rear brake pads, one of the seatbelt does not work, and at least one if not two of the shock absorbers need replacing, and a tire was on the legal limit with no advisory on the MOT. This is a matter that I have taken up with the Ministry of transport against the MOT testing station. I think if I had not of been in such a rush to purchase a car as mine has been written off I would’ve had greater time to look around and find something in my price range again another lesson for me. But I buy again from Bland and Cars no. I have been honest and have this feedback to the garage and had no response . .

Jaz found me a 13 plate Rangerover. . Car exactly as he described her , plenty of fuel for my trip home to Derbyshire . Car had a fault before I arrived , He sent it direct to Land-rover for genuine parts to be fitted . Very polite and upfront guy , would definitely recommend him and definitely use him again should we need a further vehicle .

Hi Mark Was the Porsche you bought from Jazz a Boxter Spyder, navy blue convertible?

Marc in response to Threatened to take me to Court

Hi Libby, it was not, no. It was a silver Boxster reg RX53WFW Did return it back for my car which Jazz had driven to empty and broken a tail light on. I didn’t notice when I picked it up because he’d parked against a wall

We placed an order with Blenheim Cars for a (quite expensive) Land Rover which we had viewed on their forecourt, paid a substantial deposit and arranged collection of the vehicle for the following week. On closer inspection of their website (after placing the order) I had some major concerns - which I contacted the dealer to discuss. It turned out that they were falsely advertising various features of the vehicle. They claimed it had two front airbags and an alarm system fitted - when in fact it had neither. Various excuses followed - 'it's not my fault', 'the website self-populates information I can't change' or my personal favourite, 'YOU should have spotted it didn't have these things when you inspected the vehicle'. Sorry, but if you are falsely advertising products on your website then you are in the wrong, not me, and I'm sure Trading Standards would agree. I told the owner that I felt mislead by these false claims, particularly where safety features were concerned, and would need to take some time to consider whether or not to go ahead with the order. Two days later, after careful consideration and discussion with my wife, I rang them back to say that we would go ahead with the order as planned. He then told us that he had sold the car to someone else the day before, and it was no longer on the premises. He did this without confirming our position, refunding our deposit or contacting us in any way. Completely unacceptable conduct. If you are considering buying a Land Rover we would highly recommend James French 4x4s around the corner, who are as professional and competent a service as Blenheim are useless.

Known Blenheim Cars for several year and bought our first car from them late last year. They went out of their way to source the exact car I was looking for. It was no bother for them. Jaz had the car looked over and made sure it was in good working order before handing it over to me. The whole process was seamless and effortless. Thank you Blenheim Cars for all your help! Bought a (not cheap) car from Blenheim Cars. It came with many very serious faults which became apparent within a week of owning it. The vehicle completely broke down on our way for a holiday. I had the vehicle towed to their premises, missed the first day of holiday - had to hire a vehicle as a replacement at my expense. They said they fixed it but they really had not done the job, more problems ensued and they were not interested in helping sort the problem. Long story short -took them to court, it took 2 years and thousands of pounds in legal fees but they were proved wrong in the end and had to pay up. Wish I had known my legal rights from the outset as it would have saved me a lot of time, emotion and £££. The Consumer Rights Act states that you can return a vehicle from a dealer within 30 days of owning it and get a full refund. All in all a truly dreadful experience and my advice would be to AVOID this company and shop elsewhere. Would give it zero stars if I could.

Awful, do not by a car from Blenheim Cars. Shame I can’t give zero stars. I bought a Land Rover Discovery in January of 2019. I insisted on the cam belts being changed as the car was due them. When I finally picked the car up it developed a fault. I rang them and was told you need to use the warranty. Problem is that the warranty only covers labour up to £44 so you can only use Halfords who don’t have all the diagnostic kit. So the warranty is useless. Had to pay a Land Rover dealer to diagnose the fault, turns out whoever did the cambelt connected all the hoses incorrectly and also only changed one cam belt. Rang Blenheim and was told it was the fault of the garage who fitted the cam belt. I bought the car from Blenheim not the garage so it is their responsibility to ensure the work was done. Once they have your money they don’t give a toss. Go elsewhere

I saw an ad online for a Passat taken in a p/x deal - it's an 04 plate with high mileage but a full service history and I was looking for a cheap estate to move 'things' around... I went to Blenheim Cars on a wet Saturday morning, the car looked ok but it had no filler cap and the boot wouldn't open (pretty useless on an estate). I agreed to buy if the boot was fixed, a filler cap cover replaced and a new MOT provided. They agreed and the transaction seemed perfectly ok. Mistake no 1 - I didn't actually drive the car but I was assured it was perfectly ok by the pleasant sales guy. I was hoping to pick the car up that week - that didn't happen so the following weekend I had to hire a car to move some things (the very reason I was buying the Passat), mistake no 2 I'm now £60 out of pocket because they failed to get the car ready. It was late the following week when I get a call (having chased almost every day) saying the work was complete - they tried to convince me that it was work I had requested...er, no....it was things required to make the car work! I go to pick the car up, the boot now opens but only with the key (a real pain) no spare tyre, at this point I get told I'm asking for the moon and being unreasonable, the sales guy said he would source one for me and then the owner turned up and got shirty, mistake no 3, I should have just walked away and insisted on my deposit back. I drove off and immediately there is a horrible rumbling from the offside front wheel. Mistake no 4 - I didn't turn around straight away, it was raining, my wife had gone home having dropped me and I thought, having gotten a brand new 12 month MOT that everything must be ok and that something might be stuck in the wheel/brake. I had no need to use the car for the next 6 days. The first time I use the car for a planned journey to Bristol the noise is BAD and it get's worse...so much so that by the time I reached Swindon I stopped and rang my roadside assistance. They immediately diagnosed a dodgy/broken/unsafe wheel bearing - I got shipped home. I had driven less than 30 miles in total since buying the car. The AA guy was staggered that the car had a new MOT, in fact he just could not believe it. The next morning I rang Blenheim - they basically refused to accept any fault/blame/ repair etc and after much arguing they eventually said take it to your local garage to get it fixed (why would they not do it? turns out it's a pig of a job) - there was a discussion about who was paying (they wanted to pay for the part only and not the labour or VAT and I insisted that they were liable for all repair costs) - Why would they not fix it? I live 5 miles from them, they said they knew the garage I was taking it to, it's our local guys who look after our other 2 cars. I insisted that there is no way I should be out of pocket and have to pay out. SO today the car goes in and the garage are shocked by the state of the bearing - NO WAY SHOULD IT HAVE PASSED AN MOT - the work was carried out but Blenheim refused to pay for anything other than the part so I'm £110 out of pocket for what....... buying a dodgy car from a dodgy dealer that's what. I am contacting the RAC as they are supposedly an approved dealer on used cars. I have owned over 20 cars in my life, I'm in my 60's and I have NEVER experienced anything like this. STEER CLEAR - DREADFUL EXPERIENCE. The coda on this is that my garage said I should pursue it as they are legally wrong - I should not be out of pocket. I have tried to find out where the MOT was done, no information available online and Blenheim would not tell me. THIS IS A CLASSIC DODGY CAR DEALER, with ZERO after care, no guilt or interest in putting anything right, their retort was 'we sell dozens of expensive cars' ...er yes, and some cheap trade ins ALL SHOULD WORK AS DESCRIBED - I shall be pushing this as far as I can and that includes local paper/RAC/Citizen Advice etc.... It was a cheap car BUT it should damn well work as sold - the wheel bearing had clearly been bad for a long time. They have chosen to roll over the wrong guy.

This is the 2nd car I have purchased from Blenheim Cars. Both times my experience as a customer has been excellent; very friendly staff, very helpful and made me feel at ease, with no pressure to buy whatsoever. Both cars were ready for me on time, clean and they even put petrol in :-) My husband was so impressed with them, that he is planning to ask them to source his next car. I would not hesitate to recommend Blenheim Cars to anyone.
