My Ford Fiesta is doing pretty well overall. We had a minor battery issue that couldn't have been predicted, but the team at the dealership were quick to resolve it and were very responsive. It was reassuring to see that they cared about getting it sorted promptly. From start to finish, John, the salesman I dealt with, was extremely helpful and friendly, and he even took me for a test drive in the car. I'm giving them 5 stars for their excellent service. Not a bad car buying experience overall. The sales team to be very honest with there description of the Ford Fiesta that I was taking a look at. So after I got some more information about the car, the team were happy for me to take it on a little test drive and once I did, I could tell it was a solid car so I decided to sign teh dotted line! A couple of weeks on and it's been sound to be honest, with the weather getting warmer I've had a good chance to put the AC on and it's been perfect for these hot days.

This is the second car I have purchased from the company, and I was pleased with the quality of the vehicle I purchased from here before. I came across a problem with the recent car, and after one phone call, the support I got was second to none. I would recommend Distinct Motors to anyone looking for a new vehicle. It's a shame I can't give more star's to be honest. In this day and age it's hard to find a truly honest second-hand dealership.

There haven't been any hidden surprises that I've come across and I've got a good eye for these things. As for the customer service, I was guided through the whole process and told everything I needed to know step by step.

I've not had my Renault Kadjar for that long when I think about it but for the time I have had it, I think it's been a fantastic car! I get people complimenting the way it looks a lot of the time, which is a great reflecting on Distinct for how well it's been looked after. Anyways, top marks from me.
