I recently exchanged my Honda Jazz for a more updated model. Bobby assisted with this & the service he provided was 5 star. Graeme was also extremely helpful and & was very happy with everything that has been discussed. Nothing was of any bother to Bobby & any questions I had to ask him were responded to very quickly. My wife and I have just taken delivery of a 1 year old Honda Jazz 1.5 Hybrid from Henrys Honda. A couple of weeks ago we visited the showroom to as we were considering changing our car, which was bought new from Henrys Honda 9 years ago. The sales executive whom we dealt with was Grant Gallacher, whom we dealt with when we bought our last car. On both occasions we have found Grant to be extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. We were very quickly put at our ease by Grant and any questions we had were dealt with and we received a good trade in price for our old car. My wife enquired about heated front seats which was not part of the spec on the car we were looking at, very quickly Grant ascertained that these could be retro fitted. Having popped in on spec., just as a pre-lim to changing our car, we left a happy couple, having bought our 'new' car, which we took delivery of yesterday, with heated seats fitted. I have no hesitation in recommending Henrys Honda and Grant Gallacher to anyone. A 5 star plus experience.

Good to deal with

We have been coming to Henry’s Honda for years as we receive such a great service from them and nothing is ever a bother no matter what!, All the staff are great but, in particular, Grant Gallacher, who goes above and beyond with us in letting us know good deals when they come up. We’ve had numerous different models - our last one being Honda Jazz Crosstar. However, we collected our new car today, an HR-V and very impressed with it. This dealership is honestly the best for customer service and you’re always made very welcome. We have absolutely no problem giving 5* to Henry’s Honda.
