£240 CHARGE for refusing a car not as described. HILARIOUSLY THEY THINK THEY HAVE MADE ME AGREE TO NOT TAKE LEGAL ACTION to receive £380 back from a £620 deposit. Very rude management (All Autotrader calls are recorded thankfully) They have no idea how to speak to customers. Apart from Adam he was polite and helpful whilst dealing with him. Everything else was diabolical. Unlucky for them they charged me £240.00 (trading standards will love to hear) and then told me I’m not buying a 13/14 plate car as the car the sent was clearly NOT as described. Very bad condition (they then quickly changed the description and removed full history after I refused the car) One service in 5 years, coolant fault, heavy transmission noise under braking, bad respray whole rear offside. Interior has holes, filthy, ruined door cards and so on. After calling over 30 times for my deposit back mainly there was no answer, then told I must say I won’t take legal action in an email and I’m lucky they aren’t charging me more than £240 for wasting my time after sending me a car that wasn’t anything like they advertised didn’t have full history it’s missing many years worth plus the car is in awful condition with more than several faults. I asked for a genuine report of any damage and anything they would say could do with some attention knowing it’s an older car to not waste each other’s time. I offered a trade deal they said they’d rather not do a trade deal and then called back and said they will accept £5500. After depositing I asked about 30 day warranty etc he said no it’s too cheap at that money it’s trade. This is not a garage to give your money to. It’s been the worst apparent ‘garage’ I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve been in the motor trade for over 14 years and respectfully sold vehicles for 8 of them. You will find a decent car elsewhere and get treated much better.

Phoned to enquire about a car, asked the usual has cam belt been done, any accidents or written off? etc to be told not sure if belts been done there’s no paperwork and that it’s not been in any accidents or written off just age related marks.... Ad said it had full service history no mention either of any damage. Get there are a 50 minute journey to see it’s had a smash. Told someone had reversed into it lol & they’ll fix it for £200. ‘ Window screen cracked, seals no good, headlamp busted (under bonnet completely broken away), bumper cracked, mould in the back seat area, water leaking in (from dodgy seals) & the car was rotten inside. Completely wasted journey because they weren’t honest & I told the guy I needed a reliable car as I’ve got a 4 month old baby. Messers!!!!!!!!!!!

having problems with my bmw , had no reply back from them concerning my 6 month warranty which i paid extra for , had the car 2 weeks , they work out of a yard which they share , so not sure if the e-mails are going to the rite place. my garage is repair the car now and other issues have come up so my even be a botched mot, will be reporting this to the autorities.

I am currently experiencing exactly the same issues, definitely had a dodgy MOT and was sold a car which was dangerous, and now the timing chain is on its last legs since jan so not even able to drive the car. Can you give me any advice on what to do next as no one seems to care about anything i'm telling them!
So many issues with my car from Kings Motors and I only bought it 4 months ago .. warranty is 6 months I have gone back to them and they have said it’s not their problem and provided me with false warranty.. £2400 later I have had to pay all costs !!! Never ever again
I brought a bmw from Kings Motors on 2nd of october from them car was ok on 1st day of driving car went into limp mode called them to get fixed as they gave me 3mnth warranty but not under king motors under kings car the telephone no provided by the person was the same I gave car to be fixed to them on 8th of october 2019 they said all fixed come collect I collected on 10th of October drove to work on 11th October same probably came bk I called a total of 32 times to sort car out I am still without a car its 1st Nov 12 nov now warranty if valid runs out next month they are very bad traders do not buy frome them they use kings cars kt3 3en for bad cars and kings motors for better be careful.

DO NOT BUY any cars from this so called dealer.I have had a dreadful experience with Kings Motors in New Malden. I have also had a private check on them and they are not even registered. They are NOT trade car sellers plus also go under the name of SAID MOTORS. They have NO proper website and should NOT be advertising on Autotrader. Please,please be aware and do NOT buy any car from them as they dont even have full paperwork for cars.
