Pete at the MSL Trade Centre is a lovely chap and a great pleasure to deal with. He looked after me when buying my car and touch wood its done me wonders so far. He stayed open late until I could make my way to the garage and pick up the car, with welcoming arms. A few issues I had after the purchase, but sorted quickly after calling Pete! I'm not the sort of person who'd normally bother writing a company review, particularly a positive one! But credit where credits due, and Msl Trade Centre 100% deserves that! A used car purchase can be a worrying event for anyone. Unforseen problems can arise down the line, and it's only then, that buying from a reputable dealer matters! After a lot of searching I bought my pride and joy car from Peter. A perfect sale, the car was just as described and I left a happy customer. Not expensive in car terms, but a significant wedge to me. Well sod's law struck, and my new car developed a few problems... along with me! Fear, worry, financial insecurity to name a few! I needn't have worried in the slightest. Peter's a man of honesty, integrity and reliability. When he says he'll sort it, he will, and to the N'th degree, even to the point of lending me his own car to use. Outstanding service is an understatement. I've owned the wee audi TT for a few perfect months now, so think it's only fair to write a glowing, honest review of the company, and share what an absolute pleasure it's been, in dealing with Peter. We agreed to buy a van from these guys but had to travel to them after work. They kindly agreed to stay open until 7:30pm to complete the purchase and then helped us to get temporary insurance after our potential insurers closed earlier than they had told us which would have left us unable to drive the van home. When we arrived home with the van we realised that it was longer than our previous one and it didn't fit on our drive! We phoned up MSL and they couldn't have been more helpful. They agreed to exchange it for another van and to stay open again for us to travel to them. The exchange was completed with smiles and handshakes even though it was us that had made the mistake. On top of this both vans were in excellent condition and represented excellent value - hence the reason we travelled to make the purchase. Cannot recommend enough. We know where we will be going next time we need a car or van! Thanks again guys.

I am nearly 70 years old and have brought and sold cars over the years, but ,I have never had service like this from a dealer before. No smarmy rubbish just straightforward honesty. I brought an X Type Jaguar from MSL Trade Centre. It was an excellent purchase, not only did I get a good deal the advisory on the MOT where done and a new battery to boot.. my children wherewith me and said what a very nice man. Peter is a very nice man. Nothing too much trouble. Not another dealership like this. Excellency is obviously the key mark.

I bought a Honda Jazz from MSL Trade Centre in October 2015, I planned to review MSL a few months after buying the car when I was sure it was OK but I forgot at the time. It was the best car I'd ever owned and the dealer was professional and likeable. I only stopped using the Jazz when I inherited my mum's car a couple of months ago which was much newer. I've decided not to keep mum's car because it's too small but I've already given the Jazz to my son. I'm going straight back to MSL because I feel I can trust them.

I bought a Renault Clio Esprit from MSL Trade Centre 2 weeks ago. I spotted the car for sale in Auto Trader. I viewed the car the next day. I was very impressed by the customer service and professional approach by Pete the owner. The cars were all immaculate in pristine condition. Pete took me for a test drive the car was very smooth. Pete did not do any hard sell. He was very knowledgable and told me he had 32 years experience in the trade. I asked if he would take my car in part exchange he agreed then took my car for a test drive the clutch had gone Pete advised me that the engine could have blown up at any time which was rather sobering as I do a lot of motorway driving. I ended up buying the Renault despite it being 7 years old it was as new and had loads of top end features. Pete made the transaction process very easy and also provided excellent coffee in an immaculate office with comfortable sofas and prints of lamborghinis etc on the walls. I used to be a mystery shopper and would give MSL 10/10. I drove the car to Devon the next day and was very happy it was smooth, economical and a pleasure to drive. I would highly recommend Pete. What I noticed while I was there Pete had 2 previous customers coming back to buy cars off him which speaks for itself happy customers returning to buy another car from a dealer they can totally trust.
