Biggest con merchants in stoke bought an Audi Q3 RS replica off them 24 months ago , nothing but bother with car ,they even removed the dash to tape over warning lights so that they wouldn't be seen car had also been in an accident which didn't show on an online check , please stay clear of these people for your own safety
I bought a Audi Q7 from them, as I was disabled I couldn't pick the car up, it was delivered in the dark, I put my full trust in them, I paid them in full 06 July 2022 £5550, the car was not cleaned, scratches, dents lots of broken item, now after a few days the suspension has collapsed, it needs new disc and pad all-round the wheels refurbished and body repairs too, I contacted the dealership many times but they ignored me, I will have to pay a lot more money now for the repairs I ask them to help me out or refund me for the car it's a nightmare.
