I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from Harley at Quality Assured Cars in Bristol. The most relaxing experience of buying a car I have ever had. The handover was done quickly, so I did not have to wait around for too long before being able to drive away in my new Mazda. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the service. 

The staff at this dealership deserves 5 stars. The whole transaction was stress-free, and the only time I had to lift a finger was to grab a pen to sign the paperwork. Me and my new Renault Trafic are getting along like a house on fire, and I love the time I get to spend cruising around in my new car.

I would highly recommend Quality Assured Cars in Bristol to anyone who is looking for a non jargon, no hard sales but a professional service. The process of buying my Ford Kuga was quick and easy and I even received a phone call from someone called Chris not long after I bought my car to make sure everything was okay which really impressed me. This showed that they are a company that take great pride in making sure customers are happy with everything and not just there to sell you a car and not care what happens afterwards.

A solid five-star experience. The team at Quality Assured Cars was proper sound. The Honda Civic I bought from them runs like clockwork, and I am thrilled to bits with it. I would come back here again to buy my next car, and recommend them to family and friends.

I could not have asked for a better service while buying my Vauxhall from Quality Assured Cars. The salesperson was brilliant, and he did not try to push any products on me that I did not want. The handover was done quickly, so I did not have to wait around because I had to catch a ferry back to the Isle of Wight, where I live. My car has been running great up until now, and it suits me just perfectly. 

When I found out about this dealership on AutoTrader and that it was 2 and a half hours away from my home, I made sure that I did some research about them before deciding whether the long journey would be worthwhile. All their reviews were nothing but positive, so I decided to make the long tip to Bristol. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Harley. The handover of my Mercedes was swift, and there was no unnecessary waiting around or wasted time. My car was exactly as described, looking like it had rolled out of the webpage and into reality. The journey, the service, and my Mercedes are all worth every mile driven, and it would be rude of me not to score Quality Assured Cars at Bristol anything less than top marks.

I recently bought a Ford Fiesta from Quality Assured Cars for my son. He had a little Citroen C1 before, but it was getting old and falling to pieces, so I decided to treat him. I have always bought cars from the main dealerships, but this time I decided to explore other options. Harley was very attentive and switched on with everything. He even went the extra mile by personally delivering the car to my house and catching the bus home, which was really useful, and I appreciated this kind gesture from him so much. My son loves his new Fiesta, and I have Harley to thank for helping me with this.
