I bought a car in January ... today we have May and I still do not have V5c documents ... I also did not get the new keeper documents so that I could send myself .. the seller assured me that he sent the documents to dvla ... I called the service 3 times in this case, but every time I got a reply that we will call you back .. the same in two places the car was slightly rubbed on the paint .. a polisher was to be used but none of that ... so far this sevis does not deserve more than one star
The most awful customer service i have ever experience. Condescending, abrupt and rude staff who have no concept of customer care. Refuse to pass details on to higher management advising the service manager agrees a vehicle with over 4 red items on a health check including MOT failures is safe to drive. A vehicle with no brakes is safe to drive? For a main dealer these standards are unacceptable. Leaving threatening voicemails regarding a courtesy car which i cant even drive as its electric, more interested in getting their car back than authorising any repairs with myself. Too busy telling me come pick up your car its safe to drive. Im confused, do they not get paid for this upsell? If i had a choice i would take it to Robins and Day central as they are much more customer friendly and don't pressure people to come get their car whilst pending a decision on upsell items. A repair over £700 is not a easy decision to make. Maybe the staff need some training on customer care as this is not the correct way to treat people if you want them to spend hundreds of pounds in repairs for a intangible product. To be in a customer facing role and speaking to people in such a abrupt, condescending tone is not acceptable and not the way staff should be speaking to their customers especially in a environment where CSI is so driven by R&D, it is no secret that the dealership get paid a big cheque for customer satisfaction, maybe rethink your approach. Customers buy from friendly people and a happy customer is guaranteed repeat business. Avoid this dealership at all costs!!!!

I bought my car in August of 2016, i took the car to Peugeot Robin & Day Birmingham North to make a claim on the warranty. After 5 months of going back and forward from Dealership to Warranty and Repairing garage they decided to repair the rust on the tailgate rather than replace the tailgate as advised by RS Motors. Just after Christmas i noticed the rust had come back and went back to Robin & Day and was told it wasn't their problems i'd have to take it up with RS Motors, I got a reply from RS Motors basically saying Robin & Day had done it on the cheap, they advised the tailgate needed to be replaced and they would do the repair but not warrant it if it came back. I went back to Robin & Day who said i would have to get in touch with Peugeot Customer Care myself to sort out the mess. It's in the hands of Customer Care who is liasing with the Warranty company 1 month on and still no outcome. Really bad and would never get a Peugeot again, more interested in your money and not offering good customer service. Reported to Trading Standards. UPDATE - 20-9-2018 Went through the Motor Ombudsman, final decision was in my favour on the 10th July and still not heard from the, it is now the 20th September 2018 - Absolutely disgusting from Robins and Day Birmingham North, their Head Office and Peugeot.

A little late but back in December I bought my car through Robins & Day. Having had many experences of buying cars in my life I must congratulate the staff, in general and Claire in particular for their helpfulness and kindness during my whole experience in buying the car. The whole experience was helpfull and relaxed. Not at anytime did I feel under any pressure. All I can say in summing up is that if every I change my car I will surely return to Robins & Day for the replacement

Really happy with Robins & Day Birmingham! They were really helpful and friendly, got everything done in within 24 hours and did everything they said they would. I purchased a Peugeot 208 in June and up to now I have had no issues at all. I would 100% recommend this dealership.

I've purchased a car from both Birmingham branches of Robins and Day and on both occasions I was treated extremely well. When I got the car home I found the CD player wasn't working, they fit a brand new one for me whilst I waited and didn't charge me a penny. I'll be using Robins and Day again for my next car.
