The guy I dealt with was completely clueless as he told me the car was not sold then 5 minutes later telling me it was sold. Worst experience I’ve ever had buying anything to be honest

Having dealt with Steve (Salesman) purchasing our Audi A3, we developed a fault after a week, we were now dealing with the Owner, and this person is a breath of fresh air, professional and full of integrity. despite living 100 miles away, this was not a problem, the fault was fixed at our local garage, and the bill paid promptly. I have no hesitation in recommending this dealer, and will certainly use them again. Vishan and the Team - Keep up the good work.

I have bought 2 cars from Torque cars in the past 3 years and both time they were very helpful and very polite. I have recommended them to many of my friends and family . I have lived in the area for over 10 years and and Torque cars have always been in Cheadle, I will be back when I need another car. Keep up the good work guys.......

PLEASE SHARE!!Hi all I bought this car through finance and paid 400 pound deposit i bought it at Torque Cars Cheadle Hulme Cheshire when I was driving the car home I realised the cruise control wasn't working so the next working day I phoned the garage to tell them they said to bring the car back they would look at so we made a appointment but due to work I couldn't get there and I told them I'd be up Friday in the mean time I noticed the breaks where squealing so I asked a mechanic to have a look and he said the break pads and discs where very bad and needed replacing straight away at the same time the Bluetooth system stopped working but started working again the next day and the audio system was going on and off so I wasn't happy with all the problems so I rang torque cars and told them I wasn't happy with the quality of the car and I would return it which was my right within 30 days and my deposit returned but they refused even though trading standards said it was my right so I brought the car back and there was about 6 staff in the office and I said could I speak to the boss or the owner but they would not tell me who this was and they said they won't return the deposit they said I could leave the car and they would look into giving me my deposit I wasn't happy so I left the car but refused to give them the keys or the paperwork then at this point they started shouting at me and threatening me that I would be sorry if I left the car I did leave the car but still have not got my deposit.the guy in the video started insulting me saying I had mental problems fucking right I do over 400 pound.any of my friends in uk please share this status for me so that torque cars and there director Zishan ANJUM TORQUE CARS LTD don't get away with this and I get my deposit back.ive been told they have done this a few times.all my friends specially in uk please share.

In response to your review. I am really sorry Mr Edward Carr that you feel that we have not dealt with your greivances satisfactorily. In my experience of selling cars for over a decade this is not the first time we have had to look at a car and repair something as you can appreciate we have sold 1000s of cars. Just the same as when you first mentioned the fault to us we said we would resolve it for you and we are still here waiting for a key for your car so we can do so. The car was recently Mot'd by an independent garage. I would be grateful if you could show the video that you have showing where you had dumped the car in obstruction of our premises and entrance, aggravating the scenario. Then you left laughing and took the key with you leaving the car in gear in front our gates. This seems like it was a premeditated decision. Torque cars have spoken to your finance company involved and they have said we are entitled to corroborate the faults before any decision is made. I agreed to take it to an independent garage to have the car looked at however you blocked this. We are currently waiting for you to instruct an engineer to confirm your allegations. You must surely agree we cannot progress in this matter until you return the key for the car. I am perplexed as to why you have not allowed the car to be inspected for us to address you concerns. We look forward to resolving this matter as swiftly as possible.
The service from all ends was excellent, Torque Cars made sure the sale went through smoothly and when I had an issue with one of the back windows they were very good about it and fixed it right away. I'd definitely use them again.

Back in Jan 2014 I traded in my lovely Jag for an Audi A4 Quattro and wish I never had. First, some issues with the dash board and radio which I asked to be sorted as part of the deal were not sorted. 3 months after purchase, conveniently just after the warranty expired, the climate control went pop. An engineer told me that it looked like something had been bodged up to make the compressor work which eventually gave up. I have not bothered to get it repaired yet. Then, my engine failed. A total rebuild was required. I had tried to contact the dealer, I spoke to the dealer and advised him of my issue. He said he would speak to his boss and call me back but never did. I then struggled to get hold of him. It cost me £2.5k to fix the engine elsewhere. I wrote a letter to the dealer to which they replied and basically lied saying they would have had a look at the problem....I tried this to begin with !!! Easy to say when it's too late ! It is now in the workshop again with another major problem. One lady owner and full Audi service history did not count for anything at only 85k miles. Must have been a cheap fix and rip some poor mug off job (i.e me!!) I gave them a chance to guard their reputation and they did not take that opportunity hence my review. Time to trade in the Audi for something else and I would never recommend this garage to anyone I liked.
I found this dealer to be most helpful and informative. They provided me a great service and delivered the car back to mine. Would definitely recommend this dealer.
I also found the dealer very helpful before I bought the car. However on my way home my Audi developed a major fault but the dealer said it was out of his hand the minute I drove off the forecourt. He is ignoring all contact. Never buy from this dealer
