Booked for a collection in good time for MOT and update on the car. Received a voicemail the day before to ask me to contact them. I rang 4 times and after 20 of waiting on hold each time and wasting over an hour of my time, I eventually got through just before 5pm to be told they weren’t coming. Next appointment was weeks after my MOT was due and I wasn’t able to get to Audi with such short notice as I work 6 days a week and they aren’t open on Sundays. The girl on the phone couldn’t have cared less. She said she was trying to help me as she had asked her supervisor and was told I could be squashed in and would have to come down and wait. I kept telling her that I couldn’t have time off work with such short notice. I work at a GP and have a full list of patients everyday who can’t be cancelled at such short notice and certainly not before my MOT. She couldn’t have tried harder to get me off the phone and they didn’t want to help. At this point I need to add that this is the forth time Audi Warrington have let me down. The first time I explained the problems that the car was having. It was returned having been serviced but none of the issues were fixed. The second they called me the day of my appointment and said they weren’t coming. The third they just didn’t show up with no communication at all and now this. Not to mention the car itself. I get locked in the car due to a central locking fault. Bits of the inside just fall off because it’s so poorly made. I can be driving and all of a sudden the car will tell me there’s no keys in the vehicle which is really unsettling when you’re on a dual carriageway or motorway. As a result I will only make short journeys. I cannot count how many times Audi assist have had to come out because of danger lights coming on unnecessarily. I actually can’t wait to give it back. Please, if you take anything from this review, avoid Warrington audi because their service is poor to say the least

Brought my car in 8am Friday as had a fault,no contact from dealership so I contacted them at 4pm to be informed that they would need a part. They would order and fit on Saturday morning and would contact me when ready, I asked what time they would close on Friday as I need my car for work over the next couple of days. I was told they close at 5pm but would contact me as soon as ready. By 4pm on Saturday I had had no call so I called them. The service dept had left at 12.30 without contacting me and they didn’t know if the car had been fixed or not! They only re open on Tuesday, I need my car for work… I then made my way to the dealership as over the phone I was getting nowhere! The service manager tried to be as helpful as he could and after some prompting from my husband contacted the person who had carried out the work. Work had been done but they had just failed to tell me. I had taken my spare car key with me just in case as they couldn’t give me my keys back! The receptionist Elaine however WOW! I have never met a more aggressive rude and confrontational receptionist ever, she really needs some training on customer service, whilst having a conversation with the manager she certainly did like to butt in and make inappropriate comments, totally undermining him and contradicting him, so unprofessional. If she’s the first Person you meet when buying a car well sales will go down!

Booked in for a test drive a week in advance. When I got there, they didn't even have a car for me to drive. All the salesman could say was 'I didn't book you in'. Very poor, I would definitely stay clear of them.

I’m now two weeks into ownership of my lovely new A4 Avant, that I’d love to say was purchased through Warrington Audi, but I can’t. From the get go, the service here was below par. Twice I was told somebody would telephone to make an appointment, but they never did. When I eventually decided to just turn up, I would go as far as saying I felt like an inconvenience because I have very specific ideas of what I want. I was told that an A4 could be brought up for me to test drive, so I agreed to come back a couple of days later. When I turned up there was no car available, I was simply told ‘oh I’ve had a bit of a ‘mare getting you one, but I do have an A6 that you can drive.’ Not exactly useful considering the A6 is a much bigger car. The car that was originally going to be brought up for me I put a deposit down on so that I could go away, do some research and have a think. When I phoned up to give the go ahead on the deal I was told that the car had ‘accidentally’ been sold. I found the car on the group website, and rang the dealership where it was located. ‘Oh it’s not been sold!’ So either somebody wasn’t being honest somewhere along the line or it was just general incompetence? The sales manager then telephones to try and salvage a deal, during which he tries the typical hard sell to try and get me to buy a car that was a) older and b) had considerably more mileage on it. I was told repeatedly that it ‘ticked all my boxes’ and that I ‘needed to compromise’, seemingly ignoring the fact that I’d already compromised by going way, way over my original budget and sacrificing spec! Just some advice for said sales manager; The customer gets to say whether something is worth compromising on, not you. I did eventually get my deposit back, although it took several phone calls, and I went off to buy a considerably better car at the excellent Watford Audi. I have to say the experience at Watford was the easiest experience I’ve ever had buying a car, and that was with having to travel down there from Liverpool to pick the car up!

First of all if it wasn’t for the service plan I pay for I wouldn’t use Warrington Audi again, the service and lack of response once I contacted them to say they’ve scratched my freshly powder coated wheels on 2 separate occasions and still after waiting over 2 months for a reply from Rob Herst. I’m very reluctant to take the car back there as it’ll just end up with more damage to it. Can I also just add that I can’t give no star rating otherwise I would.

To keep it short, between minor and major services that I had both done at Jardine Motors (Warrington Audi), one of the technicians left oil filter cap loose, which caused oil to leak all over the engine. Although I had proof that it was their fault, Jardine Motors did not want to hear a thing and would not take responsibility. They wanted me to pay GBP 150/per hr just to get diagnostic! I got the leak fixed for free, after all, all it needed is tighten the cap! And end up paying GBP 150 for engine cleaning. The whole thing took forever to get sorted and Jardine Motors just ignored the customer, if you’re not driving brand new Audi that you bought from their garage, they don’t care about you! Just to make it clear, this is my experience with Jardine Motors (Warrington Audi), not AUDI themselves. When I contacted Audi directly, they were very helpful and dealt with situation how Jardine Motors should have.

I purchased an Audi Sportback 2.0 150 Badge. 18 Plate. it had under two thousand miles on the clock. I always like to have my cars serviced and make sure the engine oil and filter are changed on a regular basis. Because of an unforeseen problem after taking delivery i decided not to drive for a few months, then the Corona Virus Pandemic started, this meant i had much less use of my car. and this in tern meant the mileage was well under what i would normally cover. When the mileage reached four thousand miles i decided to approach Audi Warrington regarding having a first service carried out, I was quoted four hundred pounds, I asked for a break down as to what would be done to justify the four hundred pounds. Mainly what i expected on any service was, oil change, oil filter change, not what i expected was, pollen filter change, not at four thousand miles, i was informed the cost for a pollen filter would be £49.00. i informed them that the car had not covered enough mileage to justify changing the plan filter, but they insisted it was part of the first service required. The rest of the service was done by visual checks, how can this justify the cost of four hundred pounds ? I have notified Audi Warrington that i was never issued with a Service book when i took delivery, I have received two different replies, the first being, Audi Warrington no longer supply a service book, it is now electronically recorded, the i received another reply from Audi Warrington, that i could obtain a service book if i visited their show room at Warrington. I immediately responded to their emails asking them which one of these emails am i to take as the truthful answer, needless to say i am still waiting. Could it be Audi Warrington were hoping i would choose them to carry out any service on my vehicle,? and thats the reason for not supplying a service book, Before this happened at the start of the Pandemic the car had a flat Battery, I informed Audi Warrington of the problem, after two days of waiting i again contacted Audi Warrington, i was told to drive my car to their premisses at Warrington and they would investigate it, I again informed this person the car has a flat battery, if i was able to drive it i would not be in conversation with you. When the Audi breakdown service arrived at my home, i was informed Audi had been having problems with a bad batch of batteries, but great to say this battery was exchanged for another and no other problems have occurred. If only all Audi problems could be solved as easily, i won't say as quickly, it would avoid Audi Customers suffering so much frustration.
