Don't buy from them unless you can view and test the vehicle first. Delivered a VW Golf that needed front and rear wipers replacing as they all shuddered and didn't clear the water (would have been an MOT failure). Continuing on that theme the rear tailgate struts creak and also need replacing. I paid to replace the wipers as it was a safety issue and was told tough luck about the tailgate as it's not covered under 3 months warranty, even though was defective when delivered. Never had a problem when buying a car previously, so will avoid in future

Was going to buy an Audi E tron, and they said they couldn’t provide their standard 3 month warranty on all cars. Called them as another customer and the same salesman said they provide the warranty on all cars! Then Jim was very patronising and rude with any questions we had and said “it did not make sense” to have a warranty from RW and explained about consumer law. So if after the 30 days something happens RW won’t be liable? Also asked for a price reduction to which Jim said a flat no. After pulling out of the deal Jim himself reduced the car by £1000 on auto trader! And to this date 3-4 weeks after it still hasn’t been sold, seems very fishy as all of their e trons have been heavily reduced but haven’t been sold yet. Very rubbish experience from start to finish. When I was going to buy the car, Jim said he couldn’t ensure the car was fully charged and that he would charge it “as much as possible”.

They completely wasted my time with promises that they had no intention of delivering. Untrustworthy company. Terrible service! From the experience I had, I doubt the good reviews are genuine!!!

just nowNEW I am really annoyed to be honest i rang up wednesday to book a viewing for this car i seen qashqai for saturday i paid £100 reservtion fee i told Jimthe sales person i should be there around 2ish and he turned around and said you need to be here for 2 othere wise i will not havetime seeing you So i drove 2and a half hours to arrive at 1.30pm i went in asking for Jim there where no welcome they didnt even offer me a seat jim asked for my driving licenceand said you have 10 min to a test drive thats it the car was nice i really liked it wanted to buy when i asked a few questions about the car he become aggressive arguementive and defensive PLEASE AVOID THIS FIRM I ASKED TO SPEAK TO SOME OTHER SALES PERSON HE SAID THERES ONLY ME I WAISTED 5 HOURS OF MY TRIP IN TOTAL AVOID FIRM AND JIM I will be complaining to boss also will be taking it furthier

I have spoken to rob manger who has listen to my concerns and has sorted all the problems out So overall all am happy now Going back to buy the car now top service
Had an enjoyable experience buying a car for my wife. Left to look car over and went for a test ride. Jim was available when required. Car handover was smooth and efficient. Very happy.

purchased a car 19 month ago perfect, only just found a problem with v5 , dragos bought car back from me at a very very good price and i recieved payment whilst sat in the office. couldn,t have got better sevice anywhere in the country 10/10 many thanks again phil haynes

Called ahead and made an app to see an electric car after seeing it on autotrader, arrived after a long drive with 2 kids to find a very uninterested team, tried to buy the car only to find it had gone up in price ( cashing in on the petrol shortage perhaps?) that day. mark the ‘salesman’ apparently couldn’t discuss anything without his boss ( so why bother making appointments to see a member of the sales team if they can make any sales decisions??) who was out and couldn’t be disturbed on his day off?? Mentioned that the car still had the original price hanging in the window so should be sold at such, mark then did call his boss only to say he didn’t want to Honor the price regardless of the price on the car or our inconvenience. Mark said he couldn’t poss bother the boss again but would speak to him in the morning first thing and call us back and not to worry as the car wouldn’t be sold over night. No callback at all from garage and car removed as sold on Wednesday. Shocking customer service and really inconsiderate and unprofessional behaviour from a garage clearly cashing in on a crisis regardless of customer care. The whole team were uninterested and couldn’t even be bothered to offer us a seat, a drink or any care whatsoever. Mark didn’t even bother to get up out of his chair. Wouldn’t recommend at all, got a bad feeling from start to finish.

Car did not have Campbeltown changed leading upto the required date. A Campbeltown should not be left until the drop dead date identified. We purchased the car with 4-5 months of the drop dead date. When raised this with after sales I was told I should have asked the exact question and there is nothing they would do about it. (However he could see where I was coming from)!!!! Extremely poor!
Brought transit custom van paid cash 13000 grand not finance Issues straight away Spoke with Rob .. Completely wasted time And effort .. Had to bring van ford pay nearly £400 Had van mot there for my peace mind must have been fake . Because ford ce brake disk was not fit for purpose..rob shame on you
