Purchased a 4-year-old Mazda at the end of 2017 from RW Cars Derby and although I was fairly happy with the car I was less than pleased with how terrible it failed it first MOT 7 months and was handed a bill of £850. The garage was quite surprised that the vehicle would have been sold with so much wear considering I do not do a huge amount of mileage with the car. I was also told when purchasing the vehicle there was a full dealer service history, according to Mazda, the car was not serviced last year. I have since emailed my concerns to RW Cars but they have chosen to ignore me. Avoid this place or make sure you only purchase a car from them that has just been serviced and through it MOT to avoid any nasty shocks! Also make sure the car comes with both keys, they avoided telling me there was only one and stupidly only ask for it after I had handed over the money.

I purchased a Volkswagen Passat from RW Cars in Derby last year, The car wasn't really as described as the front grill was cracked and I am having issues with one of the doors which now won't be covered by the warranty. The salesman's attitude could have been better. Average experience.

RW Cars have been brilliant. I purchased a BMW 116D from them back in July and I have had no issues with it at all. The car was just as described and had been nicely cleaned and the dealers were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone. The car is very good value for money and I am very pleased with how everything went.

Really pleased with my whole experience with RW Cars. I purchased a Golf from them back in July and I am very happy with it.. The car was in pristine condition and up to now I have had no issues what so ever. The dealers have been very helpful and friendly ans the car is brilliant value for money.
