I bought my shogun sport for my missus from this garage and it was one of the easiest headache free vehicle purchases I have ever had, I viewed the car agreed to buy it as long as it had a full mot but needed the car withing 3 days as I was going to work away. The garage squeezed in the vehicle and really how's me out within 2 days the vehicle was ready and fully valeted I would recommend this garage in a heart beat great guys

I am a 79 year old pensioner with arthritis in both hips and knees so a car is of great importance to me for mobility.During lockdown over the years I managed to save a couple of thousand pounds,so as my car was past its best I decided to buy another one which would luckily see me through to my demise.I saw a Toyota Aygo advertised by this firm so went to check it out as it looked ok.It had over 10 months test on it and no advisories,the body work and inside of the car were in very good condition so I decided to buy it at a cost of £2190 pounds,plus it had under 60,000 miles on the clock.This week I took it to my local garage to get its first mot under my ownership and as I had only done 6,000 miles i expected it to go through with very little brother so you can imagine my total disbelief to be told that had a large number of serious defects and was only fit for scrap.They showed me the under side of the car chassis was rotting away with rust and was that serious that it was not safe to drive.I got in touch with aaa automotive straight away and explained the problems,but all you get off these people are excuses.I said that surely a car with almost a full mot and no advisories could not be in this condition after only 6,000 miles and it must have had had defects when it had its mot.He said he would get in touch with them and phone me back.However I had a missed call from him later on so I immediately phoned back to discuss the situation and since then when I ring for more info,no one picks up the phone.My local garage also informed me that when the mot was originally done last July it had a few advisories,however it was tested again the very next day and all the advisories had been cleared meaning that they had been fixed.This was not the case as none of them had been touched which they have told me is illegal.I intend reporting this to the Ministry of Transport on Monday to see what they have to say about this.So after only 6,000 miles I am now left with a car only fit for scrap,too dangerous to drive even if I could and over £2000 pounds out of pocket.I am now having to go into debt to get another car which,as I am a pensioner will find it very hard in today's economic situation. Why are people like these still allowed to trade when all they bring is misery to people,and at my time of life this is something I could certainly do without.All I can say is that if you are even thinking of dealing with these people I would certainly think again.Once they have your money your on your own.If any one thinks that I may be exaggerating about this you can check it out yourself.The car I bought number plate is SL58VOO, so go to mot checks on line, it's free to look and see for yourself

Avoid this company I have been sold a faulty car, the car would not start 2 days after purchasing which the guy said he would Get fixed in which I allowed him to do, What do you know 1 week and a half later the car isn't starting again!, the car was clearly not fixed at all Absolute daylight robbery im currently in talks with trading standards about this as the car is still only 2 weeks since bought which is ridiculous I would definitely spend your money elsewhere as the customer service is also tragic!!
