I have visited a lot of showrooms on the Purley Way and found this one by far the best experience. The showroom is huge and they were very busy but they made me feel very welcome and I decided to buy a car the same day. They have great coffee too!

Booked to test drive at Ancaster Hyundai Croydon to see the Kona last Sunday at 3pm. Turned up at about 2.30 and asked for the salesperson, who appeared to be busy for the whole time I was there. This was after the person that eventually took me on the test drive had gone into an office with 2 other people to point out who I was and they all took one look at me and decided to dismiss me as a serious buyer they could make money from. The showroom was not that busy but on top of the fact that I was kept waiting for almost 1 hour the salesperson that eventually took me on the delayed test drive was forever forgetting my name which was most annoying. When I eventually got into the car to test it was absolutely filthy but the worst thing was there were two large McDonalds cup in the holders getting in the way and he made no attempt to remove them. After the test drive I asked to test the Tucson and was told that only one car was allowed on any day and that the original sales person had my details and would arrange the details. Needless to say that was never followed up by them. Just like to say that I have now bought a top of the range Toyoto CHR from a nearby showroom where the sales people were so much more accomodating, friendly and non judgemental. Names can be supplied if needed.

Bought qashqai from Nissan Ancaster branch croydon. Initially we were really pleased but when we returned the car to have some work done £450 of cds and sunglasses were stolen from the car. After 9 months of being messed around by them we have been told they are not going to reimburse us.
