When I went into Arnold Clark in Elgin Craig Lamond could not have been more helpful when I bought car. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I received video when car was ready to collect and again Craig was there. It was a very hot day when I collected car and Craig had moved it to be in the shade. I went back a week later as screen was blank and again Craig reset and all is now fine.
