Shocking shocking shocking! Everything ever told by these people was a lie....bought car in January and had nothing but issues with the car. Can see why the place has closed down.

Went to Aspect Garage on Ryhope Road to purchase a car.......never happened.... I told them I was looking for a family car yet the salesman with all the tattoos and eyebrows was insisting that I consider an Audi...... I don't even like that German rubbish. He kept referring to his car and how it makes him look good.....I swear he had a duck pout!! Avoid this unprofessional garage.

Had the car 14 days nothing but problems. Aspect Garage kept putting off fixing it and refused to give me my money back. They kept telling me to call back in a few days. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Purchased a Mercedes c class off this garage and not one problem even sorted with transfer of my private registration. Got a much better price for my trade in than with we buy any car . com. Previous car purchased off this garage 2yr ago with no problems. This is the 3rd car i have bought off this garage as i also purchased one for my wife 8 months ago and wont be last. Me and my partner brought a ford ka 61 plate absolutely love the car aspect garage were very helpful and friendly would highly recommend to my friends and family the car was immaculate.

Don't buy from this Aspect Garage branch on Ryhope Road, we bought a Peugeot boxer minibus and it shouldn't of passed the mot, we had to spend over a thousand pounds on welding plus a new clutch and cable, we took our minibus to a local mot who reported their findings to the DVLA and police. The RAC warranty was not registered. They couldn't even be bothered to return my calls or emails!!! We have now turned the rust bucket into a campervan. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Bought a car from Aspect Garage last August. Within the warranty the Gearbox failed, The garage replaced it under the RAC Warranty but getting hold of anyone to speak to was a absolute nightmare. We then had to buy 4 new tyres, We had to replace the grill as it was all marked which we were told would come off. We also have since had to pay nearly £1000 on parts and labour for the car, the shockers, brake pipes, exhaust, and the radiator and air conditioning. The car looks the part but i wold have not bought it if I knew it came with all these problems and i would be forking out money all the time.
