I bought a 15 plate Ford B max earlier this month. It had damage to both map pockets built into the back of the drivers and front passengers seats. I tried to get the damage repaired under the Ford warranty, since the damage was clearly due to a design fault. Ford customer relations rejected my claim based on information provided by T.C. Harrison. However, I was delighted when Auto Devotion stepped up and rectified the damage themselves. After much searching we decided to buy our Qashqai from Auto Devotionon. We had other cars in mind but often felt uneasy about some of the sales talk, not so here.
