I bought a Saab from here back in August. The car was clean and in good condition but had had to go back for multiple repairs and still has ongoing issues. The car has also come back from the garage with marks on it which were not there when I bought it. I would not recommend this dealership.

Really good service and after care from here. I bought an Audi A3 in July and up to now I am have only had one issue which was the brakes but the dealer resolved it straight away and it's been fine since. The car was received really nice and clean and matched its Auto Trader description perfectly. i would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

After driving a long way to get my car I was happy with the overall look. I took it for a drive and discovered a rattle. The manager assured me it was a £30 job, told me he would fix it if I came back the next day. I had travelled 6 hours so I wasn't going to return the next day. He knocked off some money and gave me a warranty. I checked the car over before making a 400 mile journey home. Stopped halfway to discover a slow puncture which was a result of a hole in the tyre.The car went into the garage and I discovered that not only did I have an issue with a roll bar but the exhaust was falling off, the suspension needed replacing, new break pads and disks needed, along with needing a lot of other parts. My warranty was next to useless to replace these things. The guy had assured me he'd driven it and had it checked out at the garage opposite which clearly wasn't the case.
Auto King did everything perfectly in my opinion, they weren't at all pushy, they didn't give me any of the typical salesman chat, they left me to do as I liked and were there if I had any questions. They kept their word and put the car through an MOT, they sorted a small scuff on the bumper and even taxed the car for me in the office. I have no complaints what so ever.

Typical story really, the sale was fine but when I had to return to them with the car to have various things sorted he wasn't really interested, my main issue was the air con which on the day he told me it was functioning, but after checking it out the compressor was broken. It got fixed in the end but it was like pulling teeth getting them to do it.

In my personal experience at Auto King everything went very smoothly. When I saw the car that I liked I took the car for a test drive and noticed a couple of issues, the dealer assured me they would be sorted prior to me driving it away and and true to his work the car was perfect. This was a top notch experience all round.
