I went to buy a Citron from Automotive Solutions Direct In April. The salesmen were very helpful and confident! The owners son who helped me out was really good! Just got on with everything. No problems at all cannot fault them. Would definitely recommend.

I bought a Ford S-max from ASD back in August, I've done many miles in it and it hasn't had a single fault. I asked them to MOT it for my peace of mind and they obliged, the sale was easy with no pressure and as far as used car dealers go they are a cut above.

No delays in getting the car from purchasing it to picking it up, the service was good and the car was ready and waiting to go. It's been a few months now and it's still sound therefore I would recommend Automotive Solutions Direct.

Automotive Solutions were good. When I found the car I wanted to buy I found that the whole sales process was really quick and I'm happy with the Volvo I bought. In reflection I would actually say that they are better than the previous dealerships I've dealt with so I would recommend this car dealership.

Overall a very pleasing experience all round. From my first call in they were very attentive and helpful, gave me plenty of information and were very knowledgeable. There was one issue pre sale that we spotted and was told this would be sorted when we picked it up and it was. No issues since this either. Would we go again, yes and we would tell anyone reading this review to do the same. You really cant go wrong with Automotive Solutions

They dropped the car off to me, exactly as described so was pleased with this, the contact with the dealership was minimal. No faults with the car this far so cant possibly comment on the after care service etc, i would recommend them as i have nothing gone wrong up until this point of writing the review

Happy with my car, only thing was the tow eye cover was missing. They said they would get it in for me. I needed the car before it come in so they said that it would be posted. Nearly a month later I'm still waiting. This is after countless emails and calls. Also being told it was in and would be sent up. I've decided to give up waiting and have ordered it from a local dealer.i've ordered this part from them and they have ordered it from supplier and had it and a spray in stock in less than 2 hours! Just shows how bad that Automotive solutions dircect's after sales is!
