Great choice vehicles with no pressure in buying - although I didn't buy a vehicle from Autopoint Halifax, I was given time to browse and take my time and get details on finance packages available.

This company is now called the motor arena,bought an x5 from them for £14,500,the car developed problems from day 1,both bottom arms,transfer box,rear diff,glow plugs,tried contacting the company 3 times but was ignored,now will have to take to court.

The car had a few minor issues which I brought up when buying the vehicle. Tried to knock these off price but assured me if I bought at original price and priced up the faults, he would then forward me a cheque. I went away and did this, left my details with him. Never received any money and ignored the rest of my calls and messages. So can imagine the struggle if anything goes wrong on warranty!! Just had to have a new back tyre. Mechanic said the old one was in very poor condition, ready to go at any point. So glad it was changed before an accident occurred! MOT due soon, kind of glad now reading other reviews but dreading it also with what may come back!!

Just bought a car yesterday from Autopoint Halifax, already started seeing faults and problems.... booked car test tomorrow. and I wont leave it as this. And I bet there will be lots of issues as today I received drivetrain fault and engine light aswell.. people dont buy from them.

My advice based on my personal experience with Autopoint Halifax is, "Do not obtain a vehicle from this dealership".

Aftersale service at Autopoint Halifax was appalling. Had several issues with car since, and spent £996 in garage bills within a month of ownership. Car was sold to me with hardly a drop of oil in it, what does that say about their basic car maintenance checks? Car had "12 months warranty" but when trying to contact them regarding issues I had with car, I was ignored. Calls, texts, emails, all completely ignored. Avoid Autopoint Halifax.
