My experience at this dealership was a positive one. The Salesman was honest and I liked that a lot, I cannot complain at all they were excellent to deal with and I would go back and buy from them again if I was looking to buy a new car. I would also recommend them.

To be honest I would recommend Barcroft Autos in Keighley but one thing I was disappointed in was there was a minor issue early on and I wasn't too pleased with their explanation, however, with that said when I sorted it out it resolved it straight away and that aside it was a very good dealership to buy a second hand car from.

I bought a suzuki grand vitara from here and all i can say is the service i recieved was first class the car was in great condition and the guys were really helpful
Really disappointed, the 05 Suzuki Jimny advertised on Autotrader sounded really great, will full Dealer Service History. However bodged exhaust system, worn, slipping clutch and 4WD Light indicator not working. Travelled all way back to Keithley from Sheffield-more time and expense, only to be told that clutch ok and exhaust needed mending as did 4WD Light. Picked up car some days later-exhaust repaired, but now speedo broken whilst 'fixing' 4WD Light! More expense! Be wary of this dealer.
