He provided all the information my son and I needed, about several cars that we were interested in. Never pushy, and very professional yet friendly too! We settled on a car that is perfect for us, able to accommodate grandchildren and dogs, whilst also having that wow factor! I missed out on the first car I enquired about as it was sold very quickly! :) but Karl who I spoke to took my number as another similar car was due in that week. He rang me the day it came in and I went to see it that evening. As the mileage was very low and the car looked almost new, I put a deposit down that day! Karl was very helpful and friendly through the buying process which was very quick and easy.
